Throughout her life, Patty was known for her problem-solving skills and ability to provide balanced guidance to those around her. Her natural curiosity led her to explore business practices and the relationships between colleagues paving the way for the development of high-performing teams throughout her career. Her exceptional leadership skills and ability to provide effective insight make her a perfect partner for business leaders seeking growth and success.
In 2019, Patty founded Crabtree Group LLC to share her knowledge and expertise with business leaders wanting to embrace a growth mindset and achieve their goals. As an ICF credentialed coach and Positive Intelligence trained coach, Patty is uniquely equipped to guide her clients towards success.
Based in Los Angeles, Patty enjoys traveling, photography, reading, and painting, as well as spending time with her family.
