What an Unexpected Ride - Leaving the Corporate World

It has been four years since I left the corporate world. It was an overwhelming decision. One that I knew was necessary for the sake of my own sanity and health. These past few years have been an extraordinary voyage of self-discovery, continuous learning, navigating unchartered territories, learning to trust in the universe and testing my resilience. Along this path, I discovered the true meaning of freedom and realized that my own well-being should never be compromised for the sake of convention.

When I began this new chapter, I was often asked how it felt. The truth is, it was a blend of excitement and terror. Transitioning from over three decades of working for others to being wholly accountable to myself required a courage I only truly understood once it was in my rearview mirror. Only then did I realize that this is where I was meant to be.

Yet, amidst the challenges, the most remarkable aspect of this paradigm shift has been the incredible individuals I have encountered along the way, many of whom have become cherished friends. I am profoundly grateful to all those who have provided encouragement and support throughout this journey. Every interaction, regardless of its measure, has propelled me forward towards something greater and more meaningful. The depth of my gratitude is immeasurable for the love and support that has graced my path.
